I got the Azure flute, and i defeated Dialga. ive finished the elite four, and i went to spear pillar to catch arceus. it usually says if u want to blow the flute when u get to the pillar, but mine doesnt. do i need the national dex?

even after the national dex you dont get it that means you cheated it into pokemon diamond ...
then it wont work ....
